The Abu Dhabi-based airline picked up the award at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London that was attended by representatives from across the travel industry, the statement adds.
“It has been another strong year for Etihad and the award shows that our continued investment in product and service is the right focus for us and for our customers. We are delighted to be recognized by our peers in this way,” Peter Baumgartner, chief commercial officer of Etihad Airways, said, after receiving the award.
G´Five launches three phones
KATHMANDU, Jan 24: G´Five mobile has launched three new phones in market with full QWERTY keyboard and dual SIM slot (GSM+ GSM).
According to a press statement, the newly launched phones -- G9000, G9000i and E71 -- are specially designed for emerging markets. The ´sleek and intelligent´ E71 has large battery backup, digital camera, Real Mp3/Mp4/FM and Bluetooth, while the G9000 supports Java, e-mail and Facebook functions, making it a complete phone for youths with all the elements of social networking included.
The G9000i is equipped with all the features of G9000 but the phone comes with a mobile TV function.
All the new phones come with one year warranty on phone and 6 months warranty on battery, the release states.
