Arrested Tibetans sent to Kathmandu

DOLAKHA, Feb 27: Police have sent 17 Tibetans, who were arrested for illegally entering Nepali territory through Lamabagar border point in Dolakha on Friday, to the Department of Immigration, Kathmandu, on Saturday.



They had crossed into Nepal via Lamabagar point and were held from a jungle at Alampu VDC- 5.



Among them, 10 are women, police said.



Four dozen Tibetans have been arrested for illegally entering Nepal in the last seven months.
