Ansari remanded

KATHMANDU, Jan 31: The Kathmandu District Court on Sunday sent Yunus Ansari and three others, including two Pakistani nationals, accused of involvement in fake Indian currency racket to judicial custody.



Ansari was arrested on January 1 for allegedly possessing fake Indian currency notes totaling over Rs 2.54 million. His bodyguard Kashi Ram Adhikari and two Pakistan nationals -- Sajjad Mohammed Khurram and Mohammed Iqbal -- who allegedly possessed 3.7 kg of brown sugar, were also arrested.
