KATHMANDU, Jan 9: A young man has been arrested on charges of raping a 17-year-old girl at a guest house in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-15. The alleged perpetrator is Subodh Khadka, 20, of Dudhauli Municipality-8, Sindhuli. He was arrested from Dudhauli, Sindhuli.
Khadka is accused of raping a 17-year-old girl by taking her to a guesthouse about a year and a half ago in April 2023.
