Women football team leaving for Norway

KATHMANDU, July 26: Women Football Players below 16 years of the Kathmandu University (KU) are leaving for Norway on Friday to take part in Norway Cup Football Competition.



Total 22 members including 17 players, four guardians and one coach are leaving for Norway.



Bidding farewell to the team at a programme organized by the KU here today, central member of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), Ramesh Rayamajhi, urged the players to play being disciplined as they represent the nation and not only the KU.



Rayamajhi expressed the commitment that he will always be active for the development and expansion of women´s football. The competition is going to be held from July 29-31 and the team will compete with Norway.
