The unidentified woman was out shopping for the Teej festival when she was hit by the truck.
Those injured have been identified as Dil Gurung of Nawalparasi, Bhim Bahadur Shrestha of Mangalpur, Chitwan, and rickshaw-puller Lal Dhwaj Lama.
They are receiving treatment at Chitwan Medical College. The truck driver is at large, while his help has come in contact with police.
