The incident took place the night of May 11.[break]
The deceased is 20-year-old Krishna Kumari Khatri of Khagenkot VDC-4.
She died at her home in Bhalkhali village which is one hour’s trek from the Area Health Post at Dalli.
Locals said Khatri died as she was taken to the village shaman instead of taking her to the health post.
WOMAN DIES IN FIRE
A woman died in an incident of fire at Biratnagar Sub-metropolitan City – 16 on Wednesday night.
The deceased is 30-year-old Kanchan Subba. She died in fire that broke out at the house of Rajesh Gupta at Kosi Project locality.
Subba had been living in Gupta’s house on rent. A drug store belonging to the house owner was also gutted by the fire.
