At a press meet organized at Jaleswor on Friday, Bhandari said a federation should be formed with special ethnic identity to make the people of all the regions empowered of their rights. [break]
Also a former minister, Bhandari said his party was committed to equal opportunities and for ending all kinds of discrimination.
He also said Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai should immediately resign for making a government of national consensus for resolving the present crisis of the country.
