Children of Shyam Sundar Sah -- Karan Sah, 8, and Parbati, 6, were injured when the improvised bomb that was left in front of his house went off.
Police said the children are out of danger.
Meanwhile, Shyam Sundar organized a press conference in Rajbiraj later on the day and alleged that Akhil Tarai Mukti Morcha has been demanding donations from him.
