Slapped CDO posted at DPM

KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Former Parsa CDO Durga Prasad Bhandari who was slapped by Minister of state for Agriculture and Cooperatives Karima Begum two and half months ago has finally been posted at Department of Prison Management (DPM) after a long spell of idleness at the Home Ministry.



The ministry decided to appoint him as the director of the department on Wednesday.



Bhandari was called back to the ministry while he was still under trauma after Begum slapped him on November 10 for not allegedly offering her better hospitality.
