One drowns in Seti

DOTI, Mar 8: One person drowned in Seti river on Monday while taking a bath, the police said.



Himalaya Paneru of Budali village, Amargadi-19 of Dadeldhura district, died after drowning in the river.



Paneru did not know how to swim, according to the police.
