Mahendra Bhavan win in basketball

KATHMANDU, Jan 31: Mahendra Bhavan won the first match of the Kwik´s Inter-School Girls´ Basketball Tournament 2010 that kicked off on Sunday. Mahendra Bhavan defeated Gyan Niketan 11-3.



Likewise, Daffodil edged past Deep Jyoti 15-8, Kantipur ousted Bal Mandir 19-7 and TIA struggled past Galaxy 25-16 in their respective matches. [break]



In other matches, Teresa beat Prithvi 25-16, Reliance humiliated BST 23-2 and LRI thrashed Manjari 11-3.
