KATHMANDU, March 5: Voting at Baljyoti Primary School in Waling Municipality–10, Syangja, resumed after being temporarily halted due to a dispute. The issue arose when ballot papers without the election officer’s signature were discovered, causing a brief suspension of the process.
The disruption occurred after 171 votes had already been cast. Following an agreement to seal the two in-use ballot boxes separately for counting, the voting process was restarted, according to election officer Rishi Paudel.
