UML, UCPN (M) discussing cabinet formation

KATHMANDU, Oct 12: CPN-UML and UCPN (Maoist) are holding discussions on formation of cabinet at Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s residence in Balkot on Monday.

Oli’s is taking oath of office and secrecy as PM today itself. The meet is expected to finalize names for ministers.

PM Oli, senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel and Deputy-General Secretary Bishnu Paudel of UML and   UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Secretary Barshaman Pun are attending the meeting.

Earlier today, Oli held telephone conversations with Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal Kamal Thapa and Chairman of Madheshi People’s Rights Forum (Democratic) Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar.
