The standing committee meeting concluded on Monday at party headquarters, Balkhu, has formed the Central Election Mobilization Committee led by Chairman Khanal, said UML General Secretary, Ishwar Pokhrel. The Regional Coordinators are other members of the Committee, he added.[break]
General Secretary Pokhrel further said that the UML Party Secretariat has been preparing the draft of the election manifesto which will be taken to Central Committee after necessary discussion in the Standing Committee.
He said the UML would recommend the names in the district committees which would be sent back to the UML Central Committee again with due suggestions from the party´s Zonal Committees.
The UML Central Committee meeting began right after the Standing Committee Meeting concluded, Monday.
