KATHMANDU, July 23: The CPN-UML has decided to bar former President Bidya Devi Bhandari from returning to active politics, stating that it would be inappropriate for a former head of state to reengage in partisan role.
The UML Chair was admitted to the TU Teaching Hospital for treatment on Saturday after being arrested by the police.
