The rift began after the transport entrepreneurs of Rukum formed a separate committee breaking away from the joint committee.[break]
The old committee had disrupted transportation of vehicles belonging to the Sisne Himal Transport Entrepreneurs Committee.
The rift has crippled the life in both districts. Each committee has blocked the vehicles of other committee into their area.
Janak Bantha, President of new committee said that they have right to form a new committee.
