Transport halted along Narayangadh-Muglin road section

CHITWAN, July 27: Transport services along the Narayangadh-Muglin road section of the East West Highway have come to a complete halt since 5:00 am on Wednesday.



Transportation along the highway was obstructed after a truck (Na 3 Kha 9774) en route to Kathmandu from Narayangadh broke down, causing a blockage on the road at Kabilash VDC of the district, according to District Police Office, Chitwan. [break]



Hundreds of vehicles have been stranded on the road due to the obstruction. Despite incessant rains, efforts are underway to clear the hurdle.
