Traffic police collect Rs 400,000 in six months

PARSA, Jan 20: The District Traffic Police Office, Parsa, has collected more than Rs 400,000 revenue in six month of this fiscal year.



The office was able to collect revenue from vehicles disobeying traffic rules. According to Police Inspector Ekendra Bahadur Khadka, the office has collected Rs. 402,220 revenue between the Nepali months of Shrawan to Poush of this fiscal year.



The office has collected Rs. 111,500 in Shrawan, Rs. 80,150 in Bhadra, Rs. 81,950 in Aswin, Rs. 50,200 in Kartik, Rs. 94,475 in Mangsir and Rs. 67,950 in Poush in revenue, the office said.



Revenue collection has been increasing due to different campaigns run by the office.
