Three die in Ilam bus accident

ILAM, Jan 18: Three passengers including one-year-old child were killed when a bus en route to Rabi, Panchthar from Damak, Jhapa lost its control after a break fail at Bajho of Ilam district on Friday afternoon.



Those deceased have been identified as Chandiswori Rai (70) and Birsana Rai (50) of of Bajho-4 and Prakriti Limbu (1) of Sanischare-5, Morang, Bajho Police said. [break]



They breathed their last while receiving treatment at Damak-based hospital. Meanwhile, seven injured passengers are receiving treatment at Damak.



Police have arrested driver Tej Bahadur Magar after the accident.
