The parties made public the agitation programs expressing dissatisfaction over the non-implementation of the decisions made at all-parties meeting held at the residence of Chief District Officer, Hariraj Panta, on October 8.

The previous agreement was invalid as no formal meeting was held with 13 agitating parties, no photo copy of the report was provided to the investigation committee and no arrangement of meeting with the high-level investigation committee was made as per the previous agreement, the press release stated.

In the agitation started by small nine parties seeking their participation in the monitoring committee, the Chure Bhawar National Unity Party, National Madhesh Samajbadi Party, Dalit Janajati Party and Madhesi Janadhikar Forum ( Republican) were included later.

The other parties are Samajbadi Janata Party, Federal Democratic National Forum, Nepali Janata Dal, NWPP, Sanghiya Sadbhawana Party, CPN-ML, CPN-ML (Janasamajbadi), CPN-United and Nepal Loktantrik Samajbadi Dal.
