Claiming that her candidacy is backed by incumbent party president Sushil Koirala, she promised to provide new direction to the party on the basis of changed scenario while speaking at a press meet organized by the Nepal Press Union here on Thursday."Nepal is a standing at a juncture where economic revolution is necessary and the existing structure of the party is not prepared to address the issue," she said claiming that her candidacy would strengthen the party to address the need.
She ruled out pulling out of from the race and asserted that she was ready to accept defeat instead of withdrawing.
