Likewise, Trungram International Academy (TIA), Mahendra Bhawan and Angels´ Heart also advanced into the semifinals of the category. TIA thrashed Clinton Public 28-9 while Mahendra Bhawan defeated Daffodil 16-14. Likewise, Angels´ Heart struggled past Rato Bangala 22-21.

KATHMANDU, Aug 30: Neric Academy and Galaxy School advanced into the semifinals of junior boys´ category of the Valley-wide Inter-school Basketball Tournament (Wilson Hoops) on Monday.
Neric thrashed New Zenith 27-9 as Binod Bhandari scored 14 points for the winners. Galaxy overpowered Rupy´s International 31-2 after Khum Bahadur Pun scored 16 points.
Likewise, NIMS and Sambotta secured semifinal berths in senior boys´ category while Shree Diwa and NIMS reached the last four in girls´ category.
