Team Reebok enter final
KATHMANDU, April 23: Team Reebok advanced into the final of the Marwadi Premier League T20 Spice Parshuram Trophy Cricket Tournament on Friday.
Reebok defeated Black Stars by 44 runs at the TU Cricket Ground. Black Stars put Team Reebok into batting. Black Stars took a few wickets in quick succession but Harsh Kandoi and Rahul Bansal anchored the innings, and Reebok put up 130 in 19 overs.
Kandoi scored 38 runs while Bansal remained unbeaten on 47 runs. Anubhav Ranasaria and Amit Verma took 3 wickets each for Black Stars.
In reply, Black Stars performed a flop in batting and were all out for 86 runs in 17.4 overs. Man-of-the-match Sunil Gaggar and Rohit Sharma took four wickets each to rout Black Stars. Ranasaria (20 runs) and Vikash Singh Rathore (16 runs) were the only batsmen to score in double digits.
Team Reebok will take on Young Warriors in final at the TU Cricket Ground on Saturday.
