The capital market regulator granted operating licenses to Dakshinkali Investment and Securities, Kalika Securities, Kohinoor Investment and Securities, Swarnalaxmi Securities and Dipsikha Dhitopattra Karobar Company, as per the Securities Businessperson (Stock Broker, Dealer and Market Maker) Regulations 2007.[break]
Earlier, Sebon had issued letter of intent to those companies after completing inspection of their infrastructures.
Sebon has issued notification to Linch Stock Market to develop necessary infrastructures required for stock brokerage service.
After getting notification from Sebon, companies need to prepare necessary infrastructures, including human resources, within six months and inform Sebon about the progress made.
According to the regulations, Sebon will issue operating license to the companies after it is satisfied with the infrastructures and office set up during its on-site inspection.
