The division bench of SC justices Sushila Karki and Tarka Raj Bhatta will issue the verdict.
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed a graft case against Gupta but the latter was acquitted by the Special Court.
The CIAA then filed review petition at the SC against Special Court verdict.
