Justices Ram Kumar Prasad Sah and Krishna Prasad Upadhyay passed the order in response to a writ petition filed by Mahato and KM.
Though the Patan Appellate Court released Rishi Dhamala on a general date after two months of his arrest, Mahato and KM were denied of the same though they all were accused of murder and extortion.
