KATHMANDU, March 8: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has secured three more seats in the ongoing vote count of the House of Representatives (HoR) election, further strengthening its position.
RSP candidate Amar Kant Chaudhary has been elected to the HoR from Saptari–3. Chaudhary secured 32,875 votes, while Upendra Yadav of the Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal received 15,239 votes.

Similarly, Madhukumar Chaulagain of the RSP has been elected from Kavrepalanchok–1, securing 29,618 votes. His closest rival, Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Gunraj Muktan, received 19,166 votes.
Likewise, Badan Kumar Bhandari of the RSP has been elected from Kavrepalanchok–2. Bhandari secured 53,344 votes, while his closest rival, NC candidate Madhu Prasad Acharya, received 17,868 votes, winning by a margin of 35,476 votes.
