Vehicles reached the country´s one of the top destinations for rural tourism after the construction of 22-kilometer-long Besisahar-Bhujung Road completed.
Tourists can now directly go to the pristine village considered as the repository of ethnic culture and endowed with stunning natural beauty.
With the transport facility, the previous distance of seven hours between Ghalegaun and Besisahar has now been reduced to three hours.
Earlier, vehicles had reached up to Kapurgaun, 16-kilometer far from Besisahar. The road will be expanded to Bhujung within the next year, said Prem Ghale, chair of road construction consumer committee.
Just a month ago, electricity lit up homes and now Ghalegaun has boast of road facility, said Lil Bahadur Gurung, a local social workers. He said that the model village will have a temporary police post and information center in the near future.
