The rhino was found within Rapti Lokkalyankari Community Forest area at Kathar. It had no bullet or other injuries.
Horn of the rhino was intact and assistant security officer Lal Bahadur Bhandari said only a postmortem will reveal if the rhino died a natural death or it was killed.
