The foreign powers were using the present government as per their interests.
"Incumbent government was so pliant that foreign forces could easily sign any agreement with it to serve their interests. So, they want to give continuity to this. But government has not stopped acting on foreign signal."
According to him, protest was only alternative to sack this government and install the next for a consensus.
He accused the UCPN-Maoist Chairman of steering the country towards conflict and crisis in stead of giving a political outlet.
