The event is managed by House of Innovation. “There’s a commercial boom going on in the Pulchowk area, and new restaurants have also started operating here.
So we’ve chosen Pulchowk for the festival,” said Binit Shrestha, event manager of House of Innovation.
Visitors will get to enjoy good food as the restaurants will be bringing their menus to the streets.
Face painting, game stalls and dance show are other attractions that will keep you entertained.
“This festival is organized at Pulchowk to introduce this place to people as Pulchowk and not as “Jhamel,” as people call it,” said Binit. “Every aspect of this festival is organized well, and I’m pretty hopeful that a lot of people will visit the event,” said Binit.
“It’s a residential area and it’s not crowded. So I think some 15,000 people will visit the event,” Binit added.
The event will feature live concerts from big names like Robin and The New Revolution, Abhaya and The Steam Injuns, Cobweb, Nepsydaz, and others.
Apart from all the fun, there will also be B-boying by various artists.
The street festival will kick off at 12 noon and continue till 8 pm.
