KATHMANDU, July 30: Prime College and Golden Gate entered the semifinals in boys' sections in the Second Ganeshman Singh Memorial Cup Inter-college (Plus 2) Basketball Tournament on Thursday.

Prime recorded 53-32 win over Bagmati in the quarterfinal. Nima Tamang netted 14 points for Prime. Similarly, Golden Gate beat Liverpool 45-42 in another quarterfinal after Jasang Sunuwar top scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, Manish KC netted 12 points for CCRC as it overcame Trinity 45-36 in other match.
