He was briefed on the functioning of the hospital by Brigadier General Dr Gambhirlal Rajbhandari, a press statement issued by NA said.
Also present on the occasion were Defense Minister Bidya Devi Bhandari, Army Chief General Chhatra Man Singh Gurung, secretary of the President Office, Baman Prasad Neupane, and other high ranking Army officers.
