President to introduce new constitution on Sept 20

KATHMANDU, Sept 14: President Dr Ram Baran Yadav is to introduce new constitution on September 20, 5 pm, said Deputy Spokesperson of CA Secretariat Sudharshan Kuikel on Monday.
