Power only goal of Maoist: Matrika Yadav

JANAKPURDHAM, April 30: CPN-Maoist coordinator Matrika Yadav on Friday said the one and only goal of the Unified CPN-Maoist’s protests is to achieve power.



Speaking at a press conference organised by Madheshi Journalists’ Society in Dhanusha, Yadav said Maoists are trying to keep their cadres in confusion by calling their protests a ‘people’s revolt’.



“It is clear that Maoist protests are for power as they have neglected constitution making issue and peace process,” Yadav, a former leader of Unified CPN (Maoist) who resigned after differences with the party leadership added.
