'Polls against nat'l interest' : Oli

GULMI: Alternative Central Committee member of the CPN-Maoist Chuda Mani Oli has said that the party may disrupt the Constituent Assembly (CA) election and launch an armed revolution.



Speaking at a press meet in Gulmi, Oli said, “CA polls scheduled for November 19 is against the national interest.” He also said that the government would have to pay heavily if their demands are not addressed. [break]



“Both the four party syndicate and the government led by Khil Raj Regmi must be dissolved to create environment conducive to polls,” said Oli. Meanwhile, speaking at a press meet at Gamgadhi, district headquarters of Mugu, alternative central committee member Mangal Bahdur Shahi has urged the locals not to join the November polls. “We will not allow the government to hold polls without addressing our demands.”
