Anup Pandey, was injured after Rehan Khan, who was in possession of brown sugar, snatched the gun and fired at him after the police team reached the house.
Pandey has sustained bullet injuries in his thigh. He will be airlifted to Kathmandu for treatment, according to Deputy Inspector General of Police Parvati Thapa.[break]
After being informed about the brown sugar, the police team had reached the house, said DIG Thapa." A person with the drug snatched the pistol and shot at him, " Thapa informed.
Khan has been arrested following the incident.
