Addressing a function organized to mark 22 years of the establishment of Commission for the Investigation into Abuse of Authority (CIAA) in the capital, Bhattarai also said those who used to be most corrupt ones are now trying to prove him as a corrupt prime minister. [break]
On the occasion, Bhattarai said though the procedure for making appointments at the anti-graft body had reached its final stage, that could not happen because of the dissolution of Constituent Assembly. The PM also expressed his optimism that consensus will be forged in time so that the new elections could be held by the end of May this year.
