One month report of Hello Sarkar released

KATHMANDU, Jan. 7: The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has made public the monthly report (of Mangsir) of the Hello Sarkar program on Monday.



Secretary Krishnahari Baskota made public the report at a program and informed that a total of 768 complaints were registered during Mangsir.



According to him, 16 complaints were registered under high priority issues while 354 under priority and 367 under common.



Among the complaints, the Hello Sarkar section addressed 31 complaints. Similarly, immediate actions were taken in nine cases and the complainants informed about this. And, necessary action was taken on 105 cases.



There were 21 complaints relating to formulation of future policy and programs.



The Hello Sarkar section was set up at the Prime Minister´s office in a bid to make effective the public service delivery and hear people´s complaints.
