PALPA, Jan 23: Police have rounded up an individual on charges of raping a minor. Nabin Gurung, 25, of Rampur Municipality-8, was arrested by the police on Wednesday evening for allegedly raping a 14-year-old.
Police deployed from the Area Police Office, Rampur, arrested him based on a complaint that Gurung lured the girl and raped her.
