A meeting of NSU central committee has proposed to hold a three-day national convention from January 9 to 11 in one of the cities from among Lahan, Biratnagar, Kathmandu, Jhapa, Pokhara, Butwal and Dhangadhi. [break]
The NSU has announced to distribute NSU memberships in all higher secondary educational institutes and choose general convention representatives by October 25, conduct regional convention from December 6 to 10 and conduct district level convention in all 75 districts on December 15.
An NSU meeting on Thursday also decided to run a campaign for national unity and communal harmony in all five development regions.
