No CA term extension: Thapa

JANAKPUR, Aug 6: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Nepal Chairman Nepal Kamal Thapa said on Saturday that Constituent Assembly (CA) term should not be extended if instability continues to plague the country.



Speaking to media persons at Janakpur airport, Thapa said, “Political instability will invite another form of dictatorship in the nation.”[break]



He also warned that people themselves might launch pro-monarchy movement if the parties fail to fulfill their responsibilities.



Chairman Thapa informed that RPP-Nepal is planning to organize various programs to exert pressure on the political parties and to mobilize people across the country from August 18-30.
