KATHMANDU, Sept 16: Narayani National Finance Ltd (NNFL) has announced to offer 25 percent dividend to its shareholders.

Issuing a statement on Tuesday, the Chitwan-based finance company said that its board of directors has decided to propose distribution of 7 percent cash dividend and 18 percent bonus shares to shareholders in the finance company's upcoming 23rd annual general meeting.
The dividend distribution is, however, subject to approval of finance company's upcoming AGM and the Nepal Rastra Bank.
