The band performed in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.[break]
The last leg of the tour was organized in Sydney Town Hall situated in Central Sydney, and it saw 2,000 people storming into the hall to witness the Nepathya experience.
“This has been a historic show for Nepali Music,” said Kiran Krishna Shrestha of nepa~laya, the management company of Nepathya, adding, “From what I have seen so far while travelling with Nepathya for the past decade, this has, by far, been the best solo concert ever for Nepali music.”
The concert was sold out two days prior to the concert but people still showed up in the venue without tickets.
“We never realized a Nepali show would be sold out and that we have to return from the gate,” commented a Nepali student while leaving the gate. “This is the first time something like this has happened here.”
With 2000 ticket holders and more than 500 who came without tickets, the traffic light next to the Sydney Town Hall was disrupted for some time.
“We had expected around thirteen to fifteen hundred people but we never thought we would get such overwhelming response,” said Dhiraj Malla of Myagdi Sewa Samiti, the organizers of the show.
“We did our part in coordinating and managing things here, but the credit goes to the band and its credibility,” he added.
The venue, the atmosphere and the performances all contributed in making this the best Nepali show in Australia so far and the audience seemed mesmerized.
Martyne Ives, a TV show producer based in Sydney, who was among few westerners in the audience, commented, “We had a great time. The band went down a storm, it was crazy.”
