The match between Nepal and Kyrgyzstan will be played under floodlights at the Dolen Omurzakov Stadium, Bishkek at 19:45 NST.Since Nepal has three points after a 2-1 win over Jordan on Wednesday, victory over the host will be vital for Nepal to close in on finishing top of the table. But a defeat or a draw for Nepal is likely to determine the team's fate on the outcome of its match against Oman.
Nepal's coach Upendra Man Singh said that his side must be cautious while playing against the home team. "Our players need to focus on their game rather than the spectators. Kyrgyzstan is a strong side. However defeating a strong team like Jordan has boosted our morale," said Singh, who added that the match under floodlight will not affect Nepal's performance. "We have already played under floodlights during the SAFF U-16 Championship held in Bangladesh recently," he added.
On the other hand, Kyrgyzstan is in a do-or-die situation against Nepal since it lost 2-0 against Oman in the opener on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the outcome of the match between Oman and Jordan, also scheduled for Friday, will also be important for Nepal as Oman also has equal three points as that of Nepal following its win over Kyrgyzstan in its first match.
