Nembang, PM discuss peace process

KATHMANDU, April 2: Speaker Subas Nembang on Monday drew Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai´s attention toward the stalled peace process.



In his meeting with the prime minister at the latter´s office in Singha Durbar, Nembang told the prime minister that failure to expedite the peace process had affected constitution drafting process.



Nembang told media persons that the prime minister assured him that the peace process would be complete by mid-April.



Stating that integration of the Maoist combatants would move ahead as per the agreements reached in the past, the prime minister told that he would make sure that the constitution drafting process remains unaffected by the delay in integration process.
