Inaugurating the newly constructed BP Park and unveiling the life-size statue of BP Koirala in Ilam today, Koirala directed the party cadres to organise election-focussed programmes as the election is the backbone of democracy.
He also directed to recommend names of candidates to central committee by discussing and coordinating in regional level without disputing over tickets in the next election.
