KATHMANDU, Feb 16: Nepali Congress (NC) founding leader Krishna Prasad Bhattarai has been shifted to Critical Care Unit (CCU) at Norvic Escort International Hospital Wednesday afternoon after he experienced breathing difficulty.
According to Dr Bharat Raut, the octogenarian leader is also suffering from slight fever. He has a longstanding heart, lungs and kidney problems. [break]
“His blood pressure is normal but his heart beat rate is high,” said Dr Raut. He said despite complications Bhattarai is in a stable condition.
Bhattarai was admitted to the hospital some one week ago after he experienced complications in his health problems.
