Raju Khan, 26, and Nabin Khan, 43, were kidnapped by a group of Maoist cadres who were brought for the military training, said NC district chair Ram Nath Adhikari.
Issuing a press issue, the NC has asked the Maoist to free its cadres at the earliest.
A police team has been deployed in the area to search for the abductees.
